2026 'Show In A Week' Summer School.

Dates: Monday 10th to Saturday 15th August 2026.
Daily: 9.30am to 4pm.
Ages: 7 to 18 years.
Venue: The Creation Works, 13a Moorland Road, Par, St Austell, Cornwall, PL24 2PA.
Cost for the week: £200 per participant.
Join Stages Theatre Arts for an unforgettable week of training, creativity and performance as we work towards staging a fully authorised youth edition of the hit Broadway and West End Show, Disney’s 'Frozen'.
Whether you love singing, acting, dancing, designing, making or creating theatrical magic, you will explore it all, so there’s a place for you in our summer school company.

About the week:
Our summer school is built like a real training theatre company: supportive, high-energy and packed with opportunities to grow.
Students spend the week rehearsing scenes and songs, learning choreography, and exploring the wider theatrical arts to bring the world of Disney's 'Frozen' to life - both onstage and backstage.
What participants will explore:
Performing Arts:
- Singing - vocal confidence, harmonies, storytelling through song.
- Acting - character, stagecraft, script work, performance technique.
- Dance & movement - choreography, energy, musical theatre style.
- Voice Overs
Theatre Arts:
- Set design & creation - painting, making, props and visual storytelling.
- Puppetry & theatrical effects - movement, illusion, creative stage magic.
- Recording and producing
Plus much more:
Theatre games, ensemble work, confidence challenges and creativity workshops.
All participants will also receive an exclusive Summer School T-Shirt.
End of week performance
On our final day, Saturday 15th August, participants will present their summer school production in a staged performance at The Creation Works at 3pm.
Each participant can invite two people to come and watch the show.
